Renato Moicano will face Damir Hadzovic in his lightweight debut on March 14, the UFC announced following a report from Combate. The 155-pound bout is the latest addition to the UFC Brasilia card.

Moicano (13-3-1) decided to move up 10 pounds after losing twice by knockout in 2019 against former 145-pound king Jose Aldo and “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung. The Brasilia native held a 5-1 UFC record prior to his recent setbacks.

Hadzovic (13-5) will attempt to get back on track after losing a decision to Christos Giagos last June. The Bosnian talent, who fought once in Brazil before with a decision loss to Alan Patrick at UFC Belem, is 3-3 in the Octagon with victories over Marcin Held, Nick Hein and Polo Reyes.

Headlined by Kevin Lee vs. Charles Oliveira, UFC Brasilia will take place at the Nilson Nelson gymnasium and air live on ESPN+.
